Kathryn, I hope you have found someone to listen that cares! If not, I’m here. Probably good to know that many feel the same way today

At 78 with anxiety, I am often told, “You’ll be fine.” instead of people listening to how deeply I am anxious over things. Then they move on to their own conversations.

Aww...Kathryn Hellman I hear you and I have to echo Ann's sentiment and add that at 62, I too suffer from anxiety and completely understand where you're coming from. While it's not the same as having a friend to talk to in person, I too am offering an ear if you ever want to reach out and talk. Sending love and light, Trish :)

When we get older, we seem to become more invisible. I am soon to be 72 years old and frequently experience the same feelings. Hang in there and know your own worth./

Thanks so much. It gets hard at times, but I am thankful for my time with them.

Dear Kathryn, thank you for sharing and for being vulnerable. I'd like to invite you to a Zoom session where we can engage in an exercise on truly listening. Is this something you would be interested in?

Terry and Ann, I would love to invite both of you as well. If you're interested, please email me at kian@happyhabits.art.

I would need to know date and time due to previously scheduled medical appointments as well as a couple of classes, which I take. Thanks.

Dear Kathryn, I will send out a couple of dates next week. If none of them work, feel free to send two dates that are convenient for you and will make sure to make them work :))

Heard, then hugged. Helped only if I ask specifically for it.
